I provide you with exactly the level of support you need to build your perfect trip to Italy.
Maybe you just need some inspiration to set your travel planning process in motion. We’ll start with a conversation, and then I’ll follow up with a broad recommendation on the where, when and how to best meet your trip objectives.
For others, a fully planned daily itinerary and logistics program, from start to finish, is what’s needed. I can even keep you on track with scheduled planning status calls in the weeks or months leading up to your trip.
How it works:
Because I’m not a travel agent, the booking transactions for your hotels, transport and excursions are completed by you. You preserve the flexibility and control of booking directly (which is helpful for refunds, loyalty status, price-matching and making last minute changes, etc.), while still receiving expertly curated recommendations and itineraries. Instead of collecting commissions on your bookings, I charge a fee for bespoke planning services.
Packages
Package A: Inspiration & Visioning
With this package, we work together to set vision for your trip, getting you to a point of clarity on the type of experience you want to have, where you’re going and when. This is a general program for your trip, rather than an itinerary.
This package also suits those who have a trip planned but are feeling unsure they’ve gotten it right. I’ll review your itinerary and make suggestions for refinements and optimization.
Whatever your need, it starts with filling out the survey. From there, we’ll schedule a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. Then I’ll create a recommendation for your trip’s direction, and we’ll set a 30-minute follow-up call to discuss it and answer questions. You’ll be able to take this recommendation to start making the bookings that best suit your needs.
Package B: Custom Itinerary Planning
In addition to the services provided in the Package A: Inspiration & Visioning, this service includes:
Route planning recommendations (trains, car rentals, flights)
Hotel recommendations based on your budget (2-3 per location) with direct links for booking.
Itinerary: day-by-day logistics with hotels, transport, and excursions.
Local area guidance – recommendations on where to go and what to see.
An additional 30-minute follow-up planning status call to make sure you’re on track with your planning. We’ll do three calls in total, with additional calls available for an additional fee.
Ongoing email responses to answer your questions throughout the planning process.
Suitable for travel groups of one to four individuals.
Package C: Concierge Service
Through the Concierge Service, I’m with you the whole way through. In addition to the services provided in the Package B: Custom Itinerary , this service also includes:
Support with budget planning.
Advanced itinerary – a live document which includes logistics and the important information for all the bookings you make.
Two additional 30-minute planning status calls (you’ll have five in total) leading up to your departure date.
Availability via email in advance of your trip.
Availability on WhatsApp during your trip to troubleshoot or provide advice (during set hours of service).
Language coaching for making warm connections via the Italian language.
Wardrobe recommendations and packing advice.
Suitable for travel groups of one to four individuals.
Pricing for packages A, B, and C ranges from $350 - $2000 CAD per trip.
Package D: Bespoke Service
For trips with complex logistics, large parties or other requirements, I’ll tailor a package specific to your needs.
